How to Make a Paper Lantern Ghost
What do you get when you cross a paper lantern
with a yard of sheer fabric?
The cutest flying ghost witch ever!

First you grab a paper lantern and drape a white piece of fabric over the lantern.
You then paint on a face with a Sharpie Paint Stick...
Finally, you top it off with a witches hat and hang it with a piece of fishing line!
What you get is a big spooky ghost flying through your house!
