Distressed Metal Hang Tags
These DIY distressed metal hang tags are easy and fun to create!
In the past, I created metal hang tags that were perfect and created from found thin metal circles with drilled holes.
Today I'm going for the distressed look.

These metal coat check tags were found
in my favorite Antique store.
I knew they'd make easy to make numbered hang tags and the thick aluminum was too nice to not let shine through.
A little white spray paint, some distressing, add a number, & give it a good thick coat of clear sealer.
And you've got yourself some totally cool
numbered hang tags.

Perfect (but not too perfect) for hanging on baskets.
