Valentine Heart Hang Tags
My Valentine mantel is a mixture of rusty hardware,
reclaimed wood and a lot of LOVE.
The ladder is handmade, if you follow the red words in this post you will be taken to the project.
The LOVE blocks are from Michaels.... adorable!
And the heart hang tags are painted on pieces of antique wooden barrels.
I cut the barrel pieces into 5" pieces and drilled a hole in the top.
I gave them a dry brush coat of white then painted red heart.
The tag is waxed with dark wax.
