Today the legs have a new life as part of a jewelry display. My friend
Deb from Maake & Co. Jewelry showed me a picture of a jewelry display she liked.
I knew I could create something similar so I got to work.
The legs from the old table were perfect for the sides of the display.
I used bits and pieces from broken things I keep in my workshop.
I painted the piece with
MudPaint in
Manor White to marry all the parts and give it a cohesive look. The MudPaint is fabulous, it covers in one coat and there is almost no need for sanding or priming.
I gave the jewelry display a wash of French Linen Chalk Paint over the MudPaint to add age. …
