Photo Holder Snow Globe
Now that the holidays are over it is time to move on. I've created a photo holder that is saved from the land fill while enjoying a libation!
You may have seen my post about having a sudden load of tequila bottle tops.
If not please go back and click on the red link above.
You will then know that I'm trying to creatively save the planet while still supporting my sister-in-law's habit... only kidding... but she does save these awesome tequila bottle tops for me.
It is still the holiday season after all.
I filled the glass top with Epsom salt for a snow globe effect.
If you had something decorative that was very tiny and could fit through the narrow top then you could add that too.
How cool would glitter look inside?!! (after thought)
I curled up a piece of wire and used a wall anchor to hold it into the stem of the bottle top.
It fit perfectly!
That's it... that is all you do besides adding a bow.
I'm using a Christmas bow but you could make yours any color for any holiday or decor.
Add your favorite photo.
How cute would a bunch of these look on a table or buffet as place card holders?
With glitter for New Years? (another after thought)
Ok maybe I will make that next!
Always think twice before you throw anything away... you never know!
Keep saving the tequila bottle tops for me Barbara!
