Don't you just love it when you can change a thrift store find into something fabulous?! I sure do! Today I'm having some fun with a paint treatment that turned a few jars and terra cotta pots into perfect old world cement looking crocks.

This very easy project came to me very early one morning. With my eyes half open and a cup of coffee in hand, I created this stuffed hanging heart you can leave up all year! 

I found the cutest little canvases at Target this week and they were on sale! They ended up to be only $1 each! They are hand painted and couldn't be cuter as a little accent in a tiered tray or around the house. 

Another trip to the dollar store today. I returned with two small stretched canvases, I 'm going to use them to copy the Valentine's Day signs I saw in an online email. 

I think my new favorite place is the dollar store. I feel a little better about visiting the dollar store during these times than the thrift stores. I find something new and fun to repurpose every time I go and today is no different!

This was one of those projects that began with one thing and ended up another then another.... you get it.  I'm telling you that this is tiling the easy way because I'm no perfectionist as you will see and I'm using a product that makes it as easy as possible!
