Recycled Blue Jean Carrots for Spring
I love recycling donation clothing! Recently I made carrots using recycled fabric and I'm doing it again! It's so easy why stop?
I began with denim from the donation bin once again.
As you scroll through this post please pay attention to the bold blue links for all the details on these projects!
Actually they are the jeans I grew out of during "the stay at home". 😩
Enough said on that subject...
I cut off one of the pants legs and cut out 2 triangles from the fabric.
I hot glued the triangles closed and turned them right side in.
I used pillow stuffing to stuff the carrots, pushing the stuffing down to the tip with a chop stick.
For more detailed instructions please visit the Sherpa carrots I made recently.
A few zip ties, raffia, greenery and done!
They are perfect for this cute little dough bowl I found at Tuesday Morning.
I've made sherpa carrots, drop cloth carrots, burlap carrots and many more.

My denim carrots are tied with a fringed bow made from a strip of the denim too.
This fall I also used recycled jeans to make denim pumpkins!
Any kind of ribbon you have at home will look great too!
