Wine Cork Framed Mirror
Do you drink wine and collect wine corks?
Or do you have a good friend that does and she sends you all her corks?
I am happy to say that my cork collection came from a little of both!
Today I'm making a fun project recycling just some of my stash!
As you scroll through this post please pay attention to the bold blue links for all the details on these projects! Also check out the READ MORE sections at the end of this post for more projects you'll love! ❤️
I began this project using a vintage mirrored door I had in the basement.
The doors had a scratched and pitted mirror but I'm going to make it work!
I recently used the matching door for another cute project.
My frame had been painted brown previously so all I needed to do today was to hot glue corks to the frame.
I began at the top and went down the center of one side.
I love using my Ryobi hot glue gun, there is no cord to get in the way!
At the top I cut a few corks in half with a small saw so I could stagger the corks.
I kept gluing until the whole frame was covered.
That's it.
This project could not have been easier!
And I still have a ton of corks left over for my next project!

This would be a great addition to a bar area!
You could also cover a picture frame with wine corks!
