Easy to Make Tiny Table Riser
Here is a project anyone can do! And I mean anyone!
Sometimes a table riser can be too big. You may just want to add interest to something very small.
When I realized that the tops of these easy to find candles are so pretty I knew I had to do something with them.
Take a look...
The candle came from Michael's craft store. They have been available for a long time and now they are back for Spring.

I was lucky enough to get my candles at like 80% off after Christmas in all kinds of gem tones. I was also gifted a lovely white one just last week.
The wooden lids are the bomb! This one is upside down. They are about 4" across and made from a beautiful wood.
Today, I'm creating a tiny riser for those little things that deserve a little importance.
First, I removed the rubber seal from the bottom of the lid.
Next, I found 3 wooden beads and glued them down with hot glue to the bottom of the wooden lid.
That was it!
That was all there was to create the cutest tiny riser.

I used it outside to hold a Dollar Store solar frog that I painted with a fun cement paint technique. He sure doesn't look like a dollar store frog anymore! And the riser makes him look even more important! He looks so cool when his eyes light up at night.
I also did the cement paint technique on a tiny vase that holds a tulip. This single flower also looks great on a riser!
You can add a small cloche too!

The painting of the hands in the background was done by my daughter. She is very talented and will be having her first art show in November this year!

If you want to you can paint the riser like I did for this one I made a while back. I personally like the wood tones.
Beads are cheap and these candles smell great so when you finish the candle, save the lids!
This is an easy to make project with a big bang!
